Found at the back of my library’s copy of Looking for Alaska.
oh honey that sucks :( Community college seems like a colossal waste of time for someone as brilliant as you. I mean, if those are the classes you’d be taking, might as well take a year off to do something else like work or volunteer, no?
Exactly! I already took most of those classes, so I might as well do something more beneficial with my time. I just got back to talking with one of my teachers, and he suggested working, which I might do. It seems more productive than spending more money. Ideally I would travel or volunteer, but my parents will probably jump on board the working idea more than anything.
